Before we start using our new form we shall add a few categories that will help us to browse the database of our items.

Preview view presents two empty windows. On the left side there is an empty list of user items and on the right side an empty window with categories.

1) Right click in the right window and select Add new category from the context menu. A new category (Category 1) will be created.

2) Right click on "Category 1" and select again Add new category menu command. A new sub-category will be created under Category 1. Repeat this step six more times to have seven sub-categories.

3) Right click on "Category 1" and select Rename category from the context menu. You will now be able to edit the category name. Delete Category 1 and type in Continents instead.
Repeat the same operation for each sub-category, changing default names to names of continents (Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Europe and Australia).

4) Now add new top level category (to do this you must click outside of any existing category) and two new sub categories. Rename the top level category to "Visited" and sub-categories to "Yes" and "No".
